Land Development

 

Calder Engineering Ltd. has completed numerous residential subdivisions, industrial and commercial site plans, and residential and rural estate lot site plans since inception. These have included residential subdivisions varying from 10 to over 250 homes, waterfront development projects with marinas, rural estate subdivisions, and sites with complex grading challenges and requirements for external services. Staff have attended and participated in Ontario Municipal Board Hearings, and acted as experts in land development matters.
